Here is a guide to the Villas, the local area, and some useful info to help you enjoy your stay on Koh Chang.

If you need anything at all, please get in touch. We’re never far away if you need us. Our team is based nearby and available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.

If something urgent comes up outside office hours, don’t hesitate to get in touch. For general questions and requests, we’ll be happy to help during office hours. Our villa office is located at the top of the road. You’ll often see our cleaning and maintenance staff around the property. They’re always happy to help where they can, although they speak limited English.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Our cleaners remove rubbish from outside the villa every day. Please leave rubbish bags just inside the gate for collection.
We carry out a full clean and change towels and bedding every three days.
If you have any particular cleaning requirements, we are flexible, so please let us know and we’ll arrange it to suit you.
Pool Service
The swimming pool is serviced twice each week:
Monday – around 9:00 am
Thursday – around 9:00 am
This takes only a few minutes. Staff will enter through the side gate and will try not to disturb you.
Villa Rules
🚭 Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
🔇 Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 11:00 pm.
👥 No extra guests are allowed without prior approval.
Doors, Locks & Security
Koh Chang is a very safe place, but it’s still wise to lock the front and back doors whenever you go out.
To lock the doors, lift the handle upwards and then turn the key.
We also recommend leaving the outside light on when you’re out, as it makes it easier to find your way back after dark.
Power Cuts & Water
Like many tropical islands, Koh Chang occasionally experiences power outages, particularly during storms. These are usually resolved quickly.
If you experience any issues with electricity, water or internet service, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Smart TV, Cable TV & Netflix
Our TVs are connected to Koh Chang Cable TV, which offers around 40 channels.
We also provide complimentary Netflix access. You can access it using the TV remote control. If you have any problems getting connected, please let us know.
Check-Out
Please let us know your planned departure time the day before you leave so that we can arrange a quick check-out with you.
Check-out time is 11:00 am
We often have guests arriving on the same day, so we really appreciate your help in checking out on time.
Transport
Cars and motorbikes can be rented from two businesses at the top of the road and throughout the island.
White share taxis travel frequently around Koh Chang and can be flagged down on the main road.

We also own a Thai and Western restaurant in White Sand Beach called KAPOW!
Villa guests receive a 10% discount on dine-in meals.
We also offer takeaway meals when staffing levels allow.

Pearl Beach
Pearl Beach is a quiet and attractive beach just 100 metres away. Simply turn left as you leave the villas and continue straight down the road to the sea.
